Orders

Once your order has been paid for, you will receive a confirmation email at your email address. If your purchase is not finalised, you will be notified by email.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Yes, this is possible if the product has not yet been dispatched. Once we have sent the item (you will be notified by email), you can return it when you receive it and obtain a full refund.

For more information, please see our product and refund policy. Please note that if you have ordered multiple products and your order has been split into multiple parcels (partial delivery), you must cancel each parcel separately according to the order numbers you have received.

You will always find the order number in the confirmation email and in all emails relating to the order.

We will notify you if your order is cancelled. The order may be cancelled for the following reasons: :

  1. The products you purchased were not in stock at the time of dispatch. In this case, we will arrange a refund;
  2. There was a problem verifying your delivery details. Please try going back one step in the payment process on the website and checking your details. If everything is correct, contact your bank to resolve the payment issue. If you are experiencing issues with delivery, please check your contact details. If the problem persists, please contact us by submitting a complaint form on our contact page or by sending an email to info@evelyn-grace.co.uk We will respond as soon as possible.

Shipment when your order is split into multiple orders and delivered as partial deliveries. This occurs when products are shipped from our different warehouses.

We will notify you by email that the order with the assigned tracking number has not arrived with all the items you purchased. Therefore, you will also receive notifications regarding the other products with the corresponding order numbers. So don't worry - the rest of your items will still be delivered to you!

Delivery

After the product has been processed, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days, the average delivery time is 8 to 12 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of order and the availability of goods at that time. But don't worry - we will keep you informed by email at every stage of the order.

Nothing at all! All orders with us are free of charge.

In order to obtain the best value for money for the products we sell, we have decided to ship products directly from our suppliers. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging and shipping costs and offer our products at a fair price.

In this situation, there are several options available: return the item to us and reorder it. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs; or you can keep the item at a reduced price. In either case, you must send us an email with a message stating the reason for the return, attach photos and/or video material (this will also make it easier for our team to process the return when the product is returned to the warehouse), and provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email with order number). You must send us this message no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the product. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email to assess the situation.

If you have not received your order even though it is marked as delivered, please contact us at info@evelynandgrace.co.uk and we will investigate the situation and resolve it.

This usually happens because your order may have been split into multiple shipments and delivered in parts. This occurs when products are shipped from our different warehouses. We will notify you by email that the order with the assigned tracking number has not arrived with all the items you purchased. As a result, you will also receive notifications about other orders with their separate order numbers. So don't worry – the rest of your items will be on their way! Return

If you wish to return or exchange a faulty product, please contact us first by email at info@evelynandgrace.co.uk so that we can assist you with the return process. To initiate the return, please send us an email with the following information: state the reason for the return, attach photos and/or videos (this will help our team when processing the return); attach proof of purchase (order confirmation email with the order number).

Please note that returned quality goods must meet the following criteria: unused and undamaged (labels intact, protective film undamaged, etc. (this does not apply to returns of poor-quality goods)); complete set (e.g. jacket with travel bag, towel with bag); in neat and undamaged packaging (this does not apply to returns of low-quality goods); in additional protective packaging (transport) (e.g. in a box or protective envelope). We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt and assess the situation.

If you have received the item(s) and it is:

  • Completely different from the one you ordered
  • Has a manufacturing defect and therefore cannot be used.
  • Is already damaged

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received the product at our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment provided by the buyer, we will refund the price of the goods within 30 calendar days at the latest. Please note that some banks may take up to 30 calendar days to process the transfer.

The product must be returned to us no later than 30 calendar days after the day of delivery.

Yes, you may return items from different orders together.

You will only receive a confirmation email regarding your returned order once it has arrived at our warehouse. Please also check that the email address associated with the purchase is correct.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method used to place the order. If you no longer have the bank card you used for the purchase, we recommend that you contact your bank for assistance.

If you have sent us products in several different parcels, the return will be processed at different times and you will have to wait until you receive the full refund. In any case, we will send you a confirmation email for each returned shipment.

Payments

You will find the 3-digit security code on the back of your credit card.

A credit card may be declined for several reasons. For example, due to incorrectly specified card information, an error when entering the card details, insufficient verification, or even a technical error on our website. Therefore, we recommend that you check that everything has been entered correctly.

Some banks may display both the initial debit and the actual subsequent debit. This amount will be automatically refunded. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank and request cancellation of the pre-authorisation.
